Beautiful property
Publié le 30 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayBeautiful lakeshore property with great views of the lake from many of the rooms and bedrooms. Our family of 14 people had plenty of space to spread out. Two primary suites, bunk room for the grandkids and 3 other bedrooms provided each couple some private space and quiet sleeping. Kitchen well appointed with amazing prep and serving countertops. Lower level hangout space large enough for our group. Only tricky thing was locking/ unlocking the entry doors— had to adjust handle while locking. Enjoyed spacious parking and great curb appeal.Enjoyed the lakeside yard and the hill down to the lake. Outdoor fire pit and hot tub on the listing were not working although that did not affect our plans. .

Beautiful Home
Publié le 22 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayA beautiful home in a lovely location full of wonderful amenities. We really enjoyed time both inside and outside the house. Evening fires on the dogtrot were our favorite.
Clay and Angi were great hosts and easy to communicate with. They made us feel right at home!
The beds were super comfy, and there was room enough for everyone without feeling like we were on top of each other.
We would love to come back again, as the value for a stay of this caliber was excellent!

Company Trip

He was very informative and helpful with different things to do in the area. He was very responsive in answering any questions we had. He treated us like family.
We had a group of 10 people and there was plenty of space for everyone. Most of the bedrooms are on one side of the house. The weather was great and we enjoyed being able to sit outside under the shelter. The house is beautiful.
The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. There was ample space for all of our food and drinks. They had all the utensils we needed for cooking. They have thought of everything in this house.
If you have mobility issues going outside to the lake might be a little difficult, the backyard is steep.
A couple days before the trip Clay sends out an email that lists all of the house rules and what to bring and expect. There are things in there such as bringing your own toilet paper etc, but they also explain why they have those rules in place. They are straight forward with what they expect. The rules are common sense. It explained how to operate the equipment and different things in the house. The manifesto was helpful with all the questions we had throughout our stay so we didn't have to bother Clay with the mundane questions. The neighbors are friendly and are right there if there are any questions or concerns about anything.

The home had everything we needed for kitchen utensils and appliances. The lake was perfect and the kids caught a lot of fish. Grocery stores were close and other convenient restaurants nearby. The owner is very thorough and responds quickly if there were any questions. Our kids asked to return to this property. Highly highly recommend.

Perfect Family Christmas!

Spaces to be all together, but spaces for people to be on their own if they wanted. The kids had an absolute blast running around using their new walkie talkies :) such a gorgeous property- we hope to be back next year! Thank you!!
