Three Night Stay- Two adult females, ine each room. I have photos to share of issues.
Publié le 14 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayI was a little hesitant to book this particular condo, as it appeared very dated in the photos and was a bit costly. However as a result of rhe hurricanes, options were limited. It was dated and over priced for our experience. Each shower has a strip of mildew above the enclosure and in the floor corners. One bathroom shows the sink has leaked so long it has washed away the sinks porcelain finish. The corner of the living room has blatantly loose drywall tape that has been painted over. The couch is from the 80s, with looks and smells to support the same. Saturday night we came back to a horrible odor upon opening the front door. We combed the whole place trying to find the cause to eventually discover that beneath the sink had been leaking filling the cabinet below with tons of water. We did our best to soak it all up with limited resources to do so. I placed a call to the emergency number on the refrigerator. I was transfered to someone that sounded asleep and not concerned. She said she would send a plumber Sunday after we left. We woke Sunday to no hot water in the front bathroom and only a couple minutes of usable hot water in the second bathroom, none in kitchen. No shower for the day, laundry or diswasher. The door knob inside the back facing bedroom was falling off the base. The doorwall lock had to be fidgeted to get to lock. We appreciate you staying with us and apologize that you were unsatisfied with your stay. We are a small management company and our after-hours service does have to call one of us when there is an issue. With your call coming in after 11pm, our on-call staff member was asleep and was trying to get as much information as possible to make every effort to understand what the issue was in order to best address the situation. I assure you that we are very concerned about our guests, and do our best to rectify situations as they arise. Our staff member offered to move you to another property, but you declined. We make every effort to ensure the condos are clean and in working order before guests arrive, and apologize for the issues.
