We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve our communication and ensure a more satisfactory stay for future guests.We are however genuinely perplexed by your review. Upon reviewing our records, it was evident that there was only one day when the housekeeper was granted access to your room. Each day, you prevented her entry and instead handed her the garbage. It appears that there may have been a breakdown in communication, resulting in very limited opportunity for us to provide room service. Judging from the condition in which the room was left after your departure, we regret not being able to enter and address any issues. We were quite disappointed with the state in which the room was left, and weret fortunate to able to remove the stains from the heavily soiled linen.Typically, when there is an isolated case of pests in any one room, it means something is being left in the room that attracts them. This was evident from the state of the kitchen and we are sorry it was not obvious where the broom and scoop was stored. We will certainly make this information clearer, however this could have been easily rectified had mentioned it to the front desk when you came to request for the extra soap.We are grateful for any constructive criticism but we must also be given the opportunity to provide our service.Kind RegardsBananaquit
