The management was unavailable for the entire stay. Reception staff was not accommodating. Staff left at 10PM. The phones in the room dont work. The security latch on the door does not work. I found someone in my appartment and no report was taken. Management never spoke to me. They said that i could do late checkout then change their mind after I made arrangements. Ishmael was really nice. Manager Ms Small came around 7 and apparently left the same time because she was never available to speak with me. I paid extra to get internet, accepted the room near the trash but only got 5 stations no news. The reception complains that they are not suposed to leave their station but there is seldom anyone to help out. Please contact me anytime to authenticate my review.

The loft was nice and clean. Good area to stay as it is close to airport and night life. The property itself is pretty old and outdated including the restaurant. The pool and admenities needs improving. Overall, average rating.

There is need for a microwave and some cutlery in the room or accessible somewhere for patrons othercthan that superb facilities for a most relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

The staff was really rude and dont help at all. We asked for towels as none was in the room and it was a big fuss about it. If you stay in the economy cabin be prepare to DONT have a microwave.

This isn’t a resort to refer any guest. The place is in a state of disrepair. Spent the first night in a room that felt unclean. The bathroom was despicable. The room very dark and I inviting. I slept very uncomfortable. The next day staff member came to room inquire if room was comfortable, I replied in the negative. We were placed in another room somewhat improved. Overall the stay wasn’t good. I would not recommend this hotel .

Thank you for your review but please allow us the courtesy to respond. We are flattered to be labeled as a resort even in the slightest but the reality is we are but a small hotel. We fully recognize that we are suitable for budget vacationers. Your complaint was attended to very quickly, giving you the benefit of the doubt. We moved you to another room and provided a complimentary breakfast while you utilized our free wifi and complimentary shuttle to the Pigeon Point beach facility. There were other positive attributes as well that were not mentioned such as our well kept grounds and fantastic view of the sea from our restaurant. In summary we are not in agreement but we wish you well in your future endeavors.

Most of the staff were nice. The restaurant was great- good food and reasonable prices. The pool was also wonderful. However, housekeeping did not change the towels. We had to go to the front desk to ask for clean towels and we got pool towels (one of which had a hole). The bed contained two flimsy blankets - not a nice comforter like what you would have expected. The shower was disappointing. Overall not terrible for the price but it’s better to spend extra and stay somewhere else.
