Quite the worst place I have ever stayed in. Dirty and unhygienic. Black mould in the shower unit and around the floor areas. Dirty patches on the bathroom door. Black mould on the inside of exterior door and door curtain. Skirting boards had dirty marks and dust on them.Toilet brush was long past its best and rusty. Cheap pillows and bed linen, not quality Egyptian cotton as stated in the description. We had to pay £20 cash each for 2 dogs, which was pocketed by the person showing us to the room. Certainly a long, long way from value for money.

This place is a mess. The curtains are covered in dust, the stairs are filthy, the railings and window sills are completely covered in dust, and the picture frames and wall hangings are dusty too. The staff told me they only change the bedding every 3 days, and the edges of the carpets are very dirty and dusty. I even had to remind the staff to empty the bins, remove dirty cups, and restock the coffee, tea, and sugar.

Lovely quiet hotel. We were upgraded to a downstairs room with doors opening on to the garden. Great for the dog. Would definitely stay again.

People helpful. Needs newer things in room especially room 14. Flush, exhaust string ,bedside cabinet. Hot water not there at 10 am
But was ok for one night . Convenient, parking easy.

The room definitely needs a make over. Toilet refilling all night, stained lampshade ( !) old fashioned carpets/ furniture and terrible paintwork finish on walls.
However, bed comfy & clean, kettle/tea & fan provided. Towels clean & quiet location.
Cant expect too much for the price & so this was exactly as we imagined.

The room was clean tidy and large. The shower was fatefully located and the bathroom was smart. The staff were polite.
