Lady at front desk was very nice and friendly. Room was clean. Nice stay.

I've stayed at River Heights many times and the rooms are always clean and the staff is very kind and welcoming.

Did not get king room like we paid for. It was also very hot and the air did not cool properly.

Dear Christy,We are sorry to hear that you did not get a King size bed for your stay. Sometimes during peak times we may have an issue and we have to put a room out of commission and hence we have to offer you a different room. That is the reason why guests are told when making a reservation that "preferences are not guaranteed ". We make every effort to provide room of your choice but sometimes it does not work out. We appreciate you for giving us the opportunity and hope this will not keep you from choosing us again in the future.

Simple, no frills motel that was very reasonably priced, very clean and air conditioning worked excellent. Just what we needed for a quick trip.

Worst mistake ever.
Publié le 23 août 2024 sur HotelsTalk about a huge mistake in judgment. The rooms are old. The linen does not appear clean. For a huge room, there is no table to seat around and eat or drink, no coffee machine. The pool was closed. The area looks shady, unless it is just that area in general. Never again.

Dear Guest,We are sorry you feel this way. We do not believe that anyone would have slept on linens that were not clean. You stayed with us for 2 nights and you stated that you were not given any fresh towels or service during your stay. Nonetheless we gave you fresh towels. Upon your checkout, when we cleaned the room, all the towels were present including the ones we include and all the extra that we gave you after claim that you did not get. So we know the housekeeping was provided by staff. We do not advertise to provide coffee makers nor the pool so not sure why that should be an issue. We are also not sure what was shady about the area. If there is an issue we ask that you present them when you are here but that did not happen. We take pride in what we have to offer. We don't expect everyone to always give us top rating but we do request that a fair assessment is provided. We hope that amenities and policies are reviewed and accepted before making a reservation.
