Very nice stay. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Nice choice at breakfast each day.

I stayed in a suite and it was not worth the money to do that. It was still small for it to be considered a “suite.” When you walked in it was lovely, but after that it just smelled constantly. We had to put perfume all over the room because it just smelled so bad. The toilet seat was so low and difficult to get up from and I’m not elderly or overweight. The carpets looked like they haven’t been cleaned and the beds were sleeping on cement. There was no comfort whatsoever. It was a horrific experience and I would never stay there again.

Please accept my sincere apologies for the unpleasant issues you encountered with your room throughout your stay with us. I really appreciate your feedback so I am able to address the problems with both maintenance and housekeeping . I have not heard these complaints from this room before and always appreciate it when they are brought to my attention. The carpeting is fairly new as of 6 months ago so I will have them professionally cleaned as it is apparent by your comments it is needed. I have no idea what could have happened to it in such a short period of time as we clean them on a monthly basis. Again, my sincere apologies that your stay with us was not as expected and thank you for your review.Sincerely,Management
