Fabulous vacation rental home in the heart of Crystal River! Bring your boat! There's no bridge blocking your way to the Gulf. Home is fun ready! Boat or Kayak from the 8 x 20 floating dock (open on both ends) to the local fun spots. Spacious home with very open floor plan for family fun! 3 Bedroom 2 Bath, sleeps 10 people. Great place for family and friends to gather for some rest and relaxation after a busy day on the water. Fully equipped kitchen that's waiting for the seafood chef in you to cook the catch of the day, or enjoy your meal cooked on the gas grill on the outdoor deck. At least 6 kayaks and life vests are provided. Three Sister's Springs and Hunter Springs are nearby. The "Plantation Inn" is walking distance and you can launch your boat there for a small fee. Fishing tournaments, manatee tours, boat & paddle board rentals, sunset cruises are all nearby. You're also very close to several of Crystal River's best rated restaurants. Come see what Crystal River has to offer and swim with the manatee! The house is on a beautiful half acre lot for your enjoyment with ample parking. Short boat ride to the gulf and no bridge to worry about. Let's start packing! If the home is ready, early check in may be available. Purchasing trip insurance when you book is recommended. Beautiful place, great location
My wife and I spent the weekend here with two other couples. Right off a main road on the south side of Kings Bay, right on the canal with easy access to Plantation Adventures. Took the kayaks out into the bay and got to see a number of manatees! Everything described by the host is spot on. We would definitely stay here again if we get back to Crystal River!

We had a wonderful time staying in Crystal River! We loved being able to fish from the dock in the back yard. We caught a lot of fish! We also enjoyed the kayaks that were provided. We saw manatees while out kayaking in Kings Bay which was only a short distance from the rental. The Host always got back with any questions we had very quickly. And the rental had everything we could possibly need while staying there.

House was impeccable. Check in so easy! Great communication with the owner. We added two people to our group last minutes and there was no extra charge. She also allowed us a later checkout time which was so nice! Plenty of towels and kayaks for our group of 10. Right on canal and was close to where the manatees were. We will be back!!!

Great family escape
My extended family rents a house on the water to celebrate the holidays together each year. This house was the best we’ve had so far, in terms of house layout and space to be together inside. We were able to have family meals and play board games at the dining room table and there was enough seating in the living area for people to gather. We also had a great time hanging out by the dock while some of us fished (they caught some perch, catfish, and mangrove snappers thanks to the brackish water). The bedroom setup worked perfectly for us. Only small hiccup was one of the bedrooms looks like a converted office or den and there is a large window and frosted glass doors looking into the kitchen that allowed a lot of light in that room. Because some of us went to bed earlier than others, we figured out how to cover the top window with a sweater to block the worst of the light. Might be helpful for a more permanent solution to be figured out for others, but we made it work. The house is well supplied with laundry supplies, towels for bathrooms and outside, etc. A few more dish towels and washcloths for bathrooms would have been helpful. We were excited to use the kayaks, but the weather prevented that (chilly and windy) but the floating dock was well situated to put kayaks in (for those with some mobility issues,it would be harder). Communication with host was great, she was very responsive and friendly.

The property was very welcoming and clean. We came to paddle with the manatees and enjoy Crystal river. Short paddle to the bay and a little workout to the further springs, the kayaks were comfortable and I was able to bring the pup. Definitely would stay again!

Usually stay at the Plantation with separate hotel rooms. This beautiful home is right across the canal from where we normally launch our paddle boards. And it was a bonus there are kayaks available for those of us who didn’t have a paddle board.

We wanted to have a family get together before the kids went back to school. We had also not gone scalloping for several years, the house was a perfect place for us to be able to accomplish both. We rented a boat close by and scalloped for 2 days. Some of us were able to go kayaking with the boats available at the house. We definitely want to come back.
