Publié le 12 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a lovely time and were surprised at how nice the property was, considering Hurricane Helene decimated many homes in the neighborhood. The welcome St. Sebastian Rose and Sherry were a nice touch.There were a few things that needed attention: the railing on the front and back stairs had parts that were not fully connected and separated when in use. Also, the back screen doors had screens that separated from frame. After notifying host, the repairs were completed in 3 days. A few days in, an alarm went off and it was not the fire alarm, after my husband talked to the Host, it was determined to be the CO. The kitchen had only 3 coffee mugs for 5 adults (the cabinet in laundry had more, but it was marked as “owner’s”, and we did not use them). There was no blender, egg beater, nor hand mixer. There were only 3 rolls of toilet paper for 5 adults for 5 days, no dryer sheets and no towel rods or hooks in primary en suite bath.

Publié le 23 août 2024 sur HomeAwaywell .. for the price we paid I expected a bit more … we got there & the place had not been cleaned at all from last rental . Every bed & bath were used & disheveled though when the cleaning gal did arrive & apologize it seemed a genuine misunderstanding .
Still er we’re out a few hours shine all was settled

We allowed this guest to check in 5 hours early. It is true when she arrived the house had not been cleaned. We have an amazing cleaning lady that had made a scheduling error. She immediately dropped everything and went over to have the house clean before Karen’s actual check in. That being said Karen has continually called, and harassed me at all times of the night , demanding a refund and saying and I quote “ I will bring the thunder down”

Publié le 17 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe thoroughly enjoyed our trip. House was perfect for our stay, we brought our own boat, was able to keep behind house, house was fully equipped. I would recommend- beautiful view from back porch. Quiet neighborhood.

Relaxing stay

Clean, quiet and relaxing
Publié le 24 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayFour of us used the Estuary House as a hub while visiting our parents nearby. One of us is a bird nerd who loved birdwatching from the back deck. Crystal River is the place to go for manatee viewing. We also took a day trip to Sarasota for strolling along its white sandy beaches. We found the house clean, quiet and relaxing. Host responded quickly to all inquiries.
