Best Property Manager Ever!
Posted Oct. 23, 2024 on HomeAwayOur stay was planned and then 2 hurricanes hit this area. We were so worried about the condition of the house and the area. Rebecca was amazing!! She didn’t just message me, she picked up the phone and called me after each storm with updates and to ease any fears I had. She went above and beyond and it was so appreciated. Also, the house and all the amenities were amazing!

Great choice for fishing or boating weekend

Family get away
Posted Aug. 15, 2024 on HomeAwayDespite the challenge of hurricane Debby, Rebecca was fantastic. We didn’t have to cancel our vacation. We love crystal river and this house was perfect for our family. We spent lots of time in the pool and having the kayaks was great. Definitely recommend.

Loved All The Little EXTRAS!
Posted Jul. 30, 2024 on HomeAwayThis was our second time in Crystal River for scalloping and this house was a comfortable home base after a day on the water! We appreciated the hose at the floating dock (no checking ropes in the middle of the night for tide changes!) to rinse the boat, a full cleaning table with hose for cleaning our shells, refreshing pool, high end gas grill, multiple dining table options, true black out curtains, plenty of room in the driveway, quiet neighborhood, close to grocery shopping, and a full binder of easy to follow instructions on how the house runs with lots of suggestions for places to eat and things to see. We had a great time and can't wait to go back!

Father’s Day River Get Away

House is super clean! Plenty of kitchen comforts, and towels and linens are fresh. The backyard is where it is at! There is a beautiful patio/outdoor kitchen, with great lighting and a dock with a floating dock attachment easy for launching SUPs and Kayaks. Even a few Kayaks provided. The pool was refreshing and the landscaping was even well manicured.
Cons -
The movie screen is broken and no longer works, they did add a 65in TV however you will need to move the furniture around for everyone to see. There is only 1 round giant bean bag chair now as we never saw the other one pictured. Garage door was broken (understandable) and the AC was crippled and awaiting repair. We were told not to open any of the shades or windows if we wanted to keep the house cool. This is disappointing if you are wanting to get away for a change of scenery. I understand these things happen but none of them were revealed to us until the day of travel. Even a pool attendant came through the back yard and just started cleaning the pool, while we were in it. Also there are only 4 tall chairs on the back patio as when we arrived 2 broken ones were in the garage. There are NO TVs in any of the rooms just an FYI.
Overall this was a great stay and a beautiful house. Property management gets back to you pretty quickly.

River Tiki Hut House

Family vacation

Beautifully quiet
Posted Apr. 7, 2024 on HomeAwayThe pictures dont do it enough justice. Theres plenty of room to spread out with family and still have enough privacy to accomodate everyone. The kayaks provided were 2 tandem and 1 single which worked perfect for us.
We got to observe multiple manatees on multiple days.
The outdoor kitchen was perfect for grilling and chillin outside all day.
We would definitely rent this place again.
