Large Space & Lots of Animals!
Publié le 11 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe really enjoyed our stay at the property! I traveled with 4 close friends and our partners (9 adults total) and we had plenty of space. There were 5 equally sized “adult” bedrooms plus another bedroom with a single bed. We enjoyed having 2 living rooms and a game room, plus a well stocked coffee bar.
One thing to note: there many outdoor cats (about 30) between the farm across the street and this property. Many were very friendly and joined us at our campfire. Our group loved the cats but for some with allergies, that might be an issue.

Relaxing spacious place to stay.

The added bonus of the animals made the trip even better. Perfectly located to multiple places for hiking and sight seeing!

Family Perfect
Publié le 23 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed our time at the farmhouse. It’s huge! Plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is well equipped and the dining room is large enough to support a large family. We spent a lot of time in the living room playing games and watching movies. Keep in mind that the house is nestled right in a working farm, so there are “farm smells” that creep there way into the house. We expected the smells and didn’t care, they really were not that bad. It’s an experience to stay here. We had houses to the left of the house that we enjoyed visiting with and across the street, at the barn, we enjoyed visiting the bunnies, goats, cows, and donkeys. The best part of the barn are the 20 or so barn cats. All friendly and curious. A big surprise was that we were smack dab in the middle of an Amish community. Very friendly people and incredibly hard working. The farmhouse is amazing and clean. Loved our time there….

Great House For a Large Crowd

The fact that it’s so spacious is perfect, you don’t feel like you’re on top of each other. Great kitchen! Very thoughtful Coffee Bar. And the beds are really comfortable. Shana got right back to me every time I had questions. I highly recommend this property!!!

Amazing property, amazing hosts
Publié le 24 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayMy family and I stayed with this host during the 2024 solar eclipse (which happened to be my daughter’s birthday)! We had an absolutely fantastic day. My daughters and their cousins loved going to the barn and visiting the animals – especially the barn cats! The hosts have really thought of everything. Traveling with a five year-old and a two year-old is never easy, but all the thoughtful family touches some much needed help during our trip. Thank you again, we would 100% recommend this property and would love to stay again someday.

Perfect Farmhouse

Winter in New York
Publié le 23 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe planned a family trip to upstate New York with family from all over the country. There was a major snowstorm, and all flights were canceled into Buffalo on Saturday. The host was very gracious and allowed us to move the dates check and leave one day later. It snowed all week, but the roads were very navigable. The house was great and could comfortably entertain a family of 15 plus. Plenty of games for the kids. There were two TV rooms, a game room, and a young kids' room. Then a ton of stuff to do outside. I would highly recommend it.
