VISTA CUNIT is a house in a very quiet urbanization with a family atmosphere, consists of two floors, from the terrace on the top floor where there are table chairs and chairs we have wonderful sea views. The house has three bedrooms with a double bed (one on the ground floor), four bedrooms with two single beds (one on the ground floor). Next to the entrance of the house there is a magnificent porch equipped with garden tables and chairs next to the pool and barbecue.
Next to the pool there are a minimum of ten loungers to relax and enjoy the sun.
All rooms have an individual air conditioning machine.

Super villa !

Nous Ă©tions 9 a passĂ© une semaine de vacances dans cette belle villa et nous avons beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ© le confort et surtout la piscine. Un peu loin pour aller Ă  la plage Ă  pieds mais nous sommes Ă  40mn de Barcelone et idem de Cambril. Petit bĂ©mol : toutes les serviettes sont de la mĂȘme couleur alors Ă  9 personnes pas facile de s y retrouver. Je vous recommande cette belle villa et le propriĂ©taire est trĂšs gentil

La maison de Jordi est agrĂ©able et bien Ă©quipĂ©e (il manque cependant des couverts !). Les 6 chambres sont spacieuses, la literie est impeccable. La maison est en excellent Ă©tat, la propretĂ© est irrĂ©prochable !! Un grand merci aux 2 dames font le mĂ©nage. La terrasse devant est trĂšs bien exposĂ©e, ce qui permet de prendre tous les repas dehors, mĂȘme au mois d'aout. La piscine et le jardin ont Ă©tĂ© apprĂ©ciĂ©s par tous ! Elle est situĂ©e dans un quartier calme et proche des commerces. Le propriĂ©taire, Jordi, est trĂšs accueillant et sympathique. Un grand merci, d'ailleurs, pour les spĂ©cialitĂ©s locales qui nous attendaient dans le frigo. Maison Ă  rĂ©server sans hĂ©sitation !

Beautiful villa

The villa was amazing - very well equipped for so many people. We were 3 separate families (within a family) so each had their own bathroom which worked well and we never ran out of hot water either! We were all able to sit around the outside table at mealtimes which was lovely. The slight negative was the size of the oven/hob, it's not really big enough for the capacity of the house but there is also a BBQ which was great. The beds were comfy and there was air con in every bedroom. (Only complaint there is only 1 pillow each - easily rectified we bought one from 'Mi Bazar' for 4)There biggest hit of the holiday was the pool - the kids were in it the first night when we arrived at 9pm! 11pm curfew for the pool which is fair enough and it meant that we could get them out.Although the location isn't brilliant, you can still easily get to places on the bus/train. We had 1 car so the majority of us used public transport. We visited Tarragona and Barcelona via train and Calafell by bus. (Some of us also travelled to the airport via train.)Jordi the host was always quick to reply to any messages which we appreciated.We would very much recommend this villa.

Excellent sized villa with clean pool

Amazing break away with family! Great communication from the host, villa was clean and ample space for 12 of us. Pool was clean and again a very good size for the number of guests. Villa contained everything we needed both inside and out. The location was walking distance to amenities and a 15/20min walk to beach.

Stay at Vista Cunit

We had the best time at our stay at Vista Cunit! We were a group of 11 people and there was more than enough room for everyone. The villa itself is beautiful and Jordi was excellent throughout. He responded to messages very quickly and couldn’t have been more helpful. We would definitely return! Thank you Jordi for a fabulous stay.

Nice house

Nice house with great pool and great garden. Rooms and beds wear ok. The kitchen has to get some new equipment. No wine-glassen No tools to make dinner More coffee-cups Knifes very bad We had som trouble with electricity and stop in one of the showers. But Jordi fixad everything very fast and was always very helpful.

Fantastic long weekend stay

We had a fantastic time in Jordi’s property! There is so much space that even with 12 adults we never felt cramped. The outdoor dining area and barbecue is perfect for a group celebration. The location is great- the house itself is in a quiet neighbourhood but there are shops and access to the motorway only a few minutes away. Overall, a beautiful house for a large group!

Absolutely fantastic, couldn’t have been more pleased with the holiday. Location was great yes a bit of a walk to the beach, but very non commercialised and used by locals so no flashing lights or thumping music all night. Jordi was super helpful and spoke good English, we needed a wheelchair for one of our party which he sorted out straight away. Very enjoyable stay, highly recommend

Lovely 2 weeks

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The villa was a great base for exploring, though we spent many a day relaxing by the pool. We were 3 families with children aged from 18 mths to 9 yrs. The layout worked well. Air conditioning was top class in every room. The upstairs shower was prone to leaking through to the downstairs bedroom. This was an example where we struggled to communicate with the owner as he said it was leaking from outside the shower area. Not sure what we could have done. The kitchen; we had all we needed for the 2 weeks. Convenience with the pool area and the kitchen was great. Another big plus was the artificial grass area which the adults enjoyed using to escape into the shade and children loved using to do all sorts of imaginative play. Location; huge positive - 5 mins walk to Lidl and 10 to Carrefour. The beach was 15 mins (walk). This villa would work fine without hiring a car and we managed with taxis/train to Barcelona and walks to supermarket/front. There was a lack of taxis operating in the area. Meant a group as large as ours needed the driver to do a return trip. We always managed but worth being aware if you are going without a car. Villa host; we have to say this probably kept us from giving it 5 stars. Jordi welcomed us (with a beer and wine; thumbs up) and he was very quick to send a maintenance person on the rare occasion there was an issue. He only came twice a week and generally it was very minimal. Accepting there was a bit of a language barrier but even then he would benefit from being a little warmer to guests. One final thing to be aware of is that the neighbours complained to Jordi saying we were causing a 'ruckus' and threatened to call the police next time! In reality, we were up chatting late which again feels like a very standard thing to do on a holiday. Our own children were in bed asleep so by our collective views in no way did we make an inappropriate level of noise that warranted this reaction and Jordi messaged it rather bluntly. I would think carefully if you anticipate being a 'noisy' group based on this as for the last few nights after this it rather dampened the mood. Honestly when I think how sensible we are as a group compared to so many others it was quite unbelievable! In summary, a really great villa with the layout and location offering many advantages. We would like to thank Jordi for having us and hope he will take the comments above in the constructive manner they are intend.

Perfecta estancia para familias con o sin niños.

Precio /calidad insuperable. Muy limpia,equipada con todo lo necesario y mas, aire acondiccionado,Piscina,zona tranquila a 2 minutos de la playa, supermercado etc. Jordi es una persona muy agradable,muy atento y sobretodo a sido muy paciente con nosotros (después de 2 horas de retraso). Muchas ganas de regresar!!
