Description:

Beautiful newer 2 bedroom / 2 bath elevated tropical home near a waterfront common area in Venture Out, an Oceanside residential community (Unit #618). Relax on a large elevated covered deck for outdoor dining and entertaining and a downstairs covered area with hammock, table, lounge chairs and covered parking. A stainless steel gas grill enhances the outdoor dining. The home can sleep up to 6 adults in comfort.

The open Living area includes a cathedral ceiling, a full kitchen with new stainless steel appliances with all dishes, silverware and cooking equipment, a dining room with a table for 6 and a living room.

The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa, chairs and love seat, a 50' Flat Screen Roku TV w/ enhanced cable and DVD game inputs, AM/FM CD player. Also included is a wheeled beverage cart that can be used indoors or on the deck.

The Master Bedroom has a queen bed with a 32' flat screen HD Smart Roku TV w/DVD, a double walk in mirrored closet and a full-size master bathroom with shower, vanity sink, toilet, and towels.

The Guest room has a queen bed, a 40” flat screen Smart Roku HDTV, a walk in closet and a 2nd full-sized bathroom with shower, vanity sink, toilet, and towels just a few steps down the hall. Off of this bathroom is a stacked washer and dryer combo for your use.

Additional unit amenities include: Free Use of 4 kayaks, Central Air Conditioning, Free WIFI, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Ceiling fans, Microwave, Regular and K Cup Coffee maker, AM/FM CD player, Ice-maker, Ironing board, iron, hair dryers and beach towels for the pool or beach.

The community amenities include: 24 hour security, Lighted tennis courts, Olympic-sized heated pool, kiddie pool, spa Jacuzzi, ping pong, bocce ball courts, pickle ball, lighted basketball court, children's playground, pool table, darts, Marina complete with 2 ramps, gas, store, ATM and fish cleaning station, boat trailer parking onsite, open water picnic areas, ocean front tiki hut, lending library, post office - and MORE - ALL IN A GATED COMMUNITY with a mixture of RV sites and manufactured homes where you can feel safe and secure.

Six bikes (4 adult - 2 child) are provided for your riding pleasure at no extra charge. We also have sports equipment, fishing poles with basic tackle, a cooler and 4 beach chairs for trips to the beach, pool or off site.

Bring your boat! There is no charge for launching in at the Venture Out Marina (There is a small charge for overnight parking). The Florida Keys have some of the best fishing in the world! (Boat and trailer parking is an additional daily charge by the park.) It is also a great spot for Kayaks. You can swim or fish from our open water areas. There is a big TIKI HUT on the open water where picnicking is perfect!

KEY WEST is a twenty five minute drive down US Route 1. Experience the fabulous SUNSET CELEBRATION every night at Mallory Square. Take a day trip to the Dry Tortugas. DANCE the night away at Hog's Breath Saloon, Sloppy Joe's or one of the many bars of Key West. VISIT the Southernmost point, Hemmingway’s house, Key West Light and Fort Zachary Taylor. Take a sightseeing tour on the Key West Trolley or Conch Train. ENJOY a beautiful sunset cruise, snorkeling, SCUB diving, fishing, parasailing and so much more.

Or you can simply enjoy a good book or the company of your family or spouse on the grounds of the resort.

Within several minutes we have some great restaurants. They include The Square Grouper, Boondocks and Loo Key Restaurant to name a few. Most offer good food, open air dining, reasonable prices and a relaxed atmosphere.

The Marina Store within walking distance in the park stocks many necessities, such as soft drinks, BEER and WINE. The Store also has a 24 hour ATM

SORRY, THIS IS A NO SMOKING / NO PET HOUSE. Smoking is allowed in the lower area (ground level) of the home.

This is a very clean rental unit with numerous amenities offered at a very reasonable rate. You will not be disappointed! We know you will have a marvelous time here in the gorgeous FLORIDA KEYS!

Please note that there is a $125.00 one time per party entry fee for our gated community that you will have to pay at the front gate.

Driving Distance: 3 Hours from Miami, and 3 1/2 Hours from FT. Lauderdale. 25 Minutes from Key West and Big Pine Key, home of the famous Key Deer.

Took our boys on a bucket list trip to go fishing off the keys for a college graduation present. We all had a blast . The house is in a perfect location on Cudjoe key about a half hour from key west. Quiet location with a nice boat launch

The unit was spotless and perhaps one of the best equipped places we have stayed at with VRBO. Everything worked, the utensil drawers were overflowing, extra towels and bedding were provided. There was even a printer available. There were 6 bicycles to pick from and several kayaks (although it was too windy to use this time). Everything in the description is accurate. 5 of 5 rating.

Great well stocked little getaway! Loved the hot tub pool area! Square Grouper Bar and Grill was fabulous. Would highly recommend! Boondocks Grill good a little more casual.These were both nearby. Went into Key West a few days. Weather didn’t cooperate for sunset cruise but enjoyed Duval Street and Moondog cafe a must! Home was comfortable. My only thought was kayaks needed to go down to ramp by the pool and without the proper vehicle it wasn’t doable which was unfortunate. Beds comfortable. Maybe a little dusty in higher areas and could use a deep clean but overall a good place! Enjoyed the outside deck with great sunset views. Overall a great experience! Would recommend or visit again. 🙂

Relaxing family vacation
Our family of 6 really enjoyed our stay. The location is great about half an hour from key west. The house is clean. We LOVED the deck! Caught the sunrise one morning! There are lots of amenities on the property. We enjoyed the pool and kayaking. The hosts communicated well! Was a great choice to stay in and have already talked about visiting again!

We had a great time at the pool and hot tub. Yes the game room had a pool table and other games. We could not play Billiards because they locked up the balls and sticks. No one knew how to check them out. We had some problems with the TV but we were not there very much anyway. We felt safe and comfortable all in all a Great Stay.

Awesome stay at Venture Out! 618 was very nice and had everything! We had a great time for the week vacation for my boyfriend's birthday trip! We will definitely be back next year! The property managers, guard staff, neighbors were all very kind and friendly! Rent a golf cart from Lita and Sonny!!!

Nice & quiet, has small convenience store, love the 9ft swimming pool and large/spacious pool area, bikes for 4 kids and 2 adults (other toys, too), enough space for our needs and all the necessities of home -especially the washer/dryer. Perfect distance to Key West, too.

good place for home base
The house was good. We used the bikes on the property to go to the pool a couple times. We were pleasantly supprised to find the pool is cooled & felt great for the middle of summer. The cabinets in the house are packed so full of cups,dishes, etc there was no where to really put any groceries or food items besides the counter top. The fridge water filter needed to be changed the fridge ice machine & water from the fridge door took forever to do either one. AC was good,pleanty of towels & bedding,the applianceswere all in goid shape & working. Its a clean nice place. Would stay again. Not on the water there is a community seawall area across the street that we felt safe letting the kids fish from the seawall.

Little slice of paradise
This is the perfect place to stay when in the Keys. The home was perfect for the size of our party (5), it had pretty much everything we needed and then some. The community it is in was clean quiet and had some great extras-pool, tennis/pickleball courts, rec room and great view off the sunrise. We will definitely stay here again, when we visit the Keys. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We could not have been any happier with our rental. The home is so very clean, well decorated and well stocked. Every appliance and utensil you could ever wish for, was at our disposal. All the cabinets were stocked with things that we never would have thought were going to be there. They had every from spices to Band-Aids and even aloe vera for when we got sun burnt, lol. The bikes and kayaks and kayak dollies to get them to the water were greatly appreciated. The gas grill was also great to have. I don't think that the pictures showed the home as nice as it was. The grounds were kept amazing with lots of lush plants, trees and flowers. We will be wanting to go back and make this a regular vacation in the future. Thank you so very much for opening your home to us.

My daughter and I stayed in Cudjoe Key to be close to Key West. The location was good. The unit had everything we needed both inside and out. We grilled and cooked which was great. The beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate and excursions were cancelled so we spent more time in Key West than we had planned. But the unit had lots of games and the TV had the tennis channel which was very nice. All in all, it was a good time.

First Time in Cudjoe Key - trip with friends
What a neat community & nice spot. The house had everything we needed for our stay so it was easy to feel at home. Check in was really easy. I did not need to speak with Michael but that just means everything was straight-forward & easy. The porch was a great place for morning coffee & to chill with a cocktail at the end of the day. We had friends staying elsewhere so didn’t use the bbq or the kayaks but love that they were available. We brought on own bicycles as well but also nice that there were some there for use. The community pool & hot tub & the swimming area were great. The beach area was nice as well. The little store was very handy & well stocked. I would recommend for a family, or friends, vacation to the Keys. All 4 of us would stay again.
