I was given a pet friendly room that smelled like bleach and mold. It was changed after I spoke with the front desk. However, this is not a VIP access hotel at all

Overall it was a very good experience. Friendly staff, clean rooms, great view from my room’s balcony. However, employees don’t inform clients of their services. I had to ask about services ( I may have missed something). They don’t provide a menu, so you may have to walk to the restaurant to read the menu. No coffee maker in the room. Finally, be prepared to carry your own luggage up and down the steps because they don’t offer help and, since it’s outdoors, they don’t have elevators.

La atención es buena pero el colchón de la habitación MAR esta en muy malas condiciones, no descanse y para colmo estaba en construcción esa area del hotel, y desde la mañana estaban trabajando y haciendo ruido los albañiles y nadie me notifico de la situación.

There were no Air Conditioning system at the room despite the heat of the city, and there were no electronic room card key for the door, but an old fashion key, as well as some rooms furnitures were so outdated. Some exterior design amenities like water features were unfinished. Yet not a bad option for just spending the night. I have no idea how do they got such good reviews at hotel sites.

The vegetation, the balcony views and all the facilities you can pay to use like a spa and massages. I loved the rooftop beds with a palm leaf ceiling spend the night drinking and talking up there. Perfect place for a couple.

get the detox programs
Our stay was great. There is only one little thing I can advice on. The people enjoyin the beautiful infinity pool are able to order food while inside the pool! I really do not like people touching food and then submerging their fingers in the pool. I actually was surprised to see people drinking alcohol while inside the pool too. I thought that the Ayurveda concept was one of health and sane relaxation.

Beautiful gardens, nice restaurant, good relation between Price and quality of food. The personnel although very kind seem to be missing some sort of introductory training as sometimes they didn't know about basics from the service, for example at Sundays brunch they didn't offer the guests all the possibilities of food they could get.
