This is quite possibly the best hotel experience we've ever had. The grounds are beautiful, everything is immaculate, the service is personal and warm. The dining experience was wonderful, the food delicious and the house wine is very good. We also enjoyed the outdoor bar and its craft mezcal cocktails. We also took advantage of the pool area, which was well-attended with both food & beverage service and cleaning. It was the perfect place to relax. Next time we'll give the spa a try. Oh yes, and we loved the macaws and the peacocks/peahens.
The room itself was spacious and the bed comfortable. We had everything we needed. No matter when we set out the sign for housekeeping, it was always taken care of almost immediately.
It was such an amazing stay. We can't wait to visit again.
