I like the breakfast options & dark, quiet hotel rooms. I didn't like that our room was kind of dirty this time, incldg the floors & counters, interior of fridge & a nasty hair sticking off the shower wall, but everything else was good, just wish they had something to get rid of humidity in room. It was hot & humid in room upon arrival 😑.

Bad experience

We arrived to a hot lobby with no one at counter. There was a note to dial 0 on phone which we did every few minutes but it just rang and rang. After about 10 minutes, someone came and said the owner cancelled our reservation as they were full and we should have been notified. We were not notified and had received multiple reminders from hotels.com to check in. The overall condition of the property looked like more of a run down apartment complex. There was a grill between cars, trash all over, rusty windows and mildew on outside walls. The lobby looked nice although didn't seem that the AC was working. Never saw the inside of rooms.

Half opened?

It's weird, this is half finished hotel. The staff was nice enough however nothing worked right. The fridge was broken, the front door wouldn't even open and needed to be forced open physically.
