Atendimento péssimo .. café da manhã não tinha muita coisa fresca .. Limpeza impecável , iluminação do quarto ruim.. mas o que deixou muito muito a desejar foi que na janela do quarto não tinha blackout e isso atrapalhou nosso descanso a noite..

Layout do quarto perfeito. Quarto limpo. Tamanho bom. Cama excelente. So uma observação para o chuveiro, mto ruim para saida de agua (disperso) e o Ar condicionado fica ligado o tempo todo, apesar da temperatura ser boa... acho melhor deixar o hospede fazer esse controle de temperatura. Cafe da manha suficiente. Quarto sem ruidos. Sem duvida voltaria a me hospedar.

Necessita manutenção
Mesmo tendo necessidade de manutenção a estadia poderia ser melhor se o pessoal do hotel fosse melhor qualificado para resolver os problemas. Os quartos são barulhentos (gerador, lavandaria e outros motores durante a noite). O banheiro precisa de manutenção nos chuveiros, ralo do box e vaso sanitário (descarga). O pessoal da recepção dificultou o máximo o pedido de troca de quarto por conta do barulho. A roupa de cama limpa, cama confortável. Toalhas limpas, porém com excesso de perfume. Pessoal da limpeza muito simpático.

Maravilhoso!
Amamos a experiência de 3 diárias no hotel. Equipe acolhedora, serviço de quarto sempre impecável, restaurante com comida saborosa, café da manhã muito bom, cama que permite um sono maravilhoso, chuveiro elétrico, mas, quentinho, área de lazer ótima! Senti falta apenas do secador no quarto, que aparece na foto, porém, não tinha a disposição.
