A Sweet Place for Respite!

Quaint and Relaxing
Publié le 5 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a peaceful and relaxing getaway. We enjoyed the beauty of the lake and the peacefulness of the area. It was close enough to the town of Cullman if we needed anything. The cabin was cute and was the perfect size for our group. The bedrooms do get stuffy at night, so take a small fan. The view of the lake is nice and calming. We recommend this perfect little spot!

Cute rustic cabin
Publié le 1 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat location for off roading event. I wish I could rate it higher. Unfortunately when I arrived, the cabin hadn’t been cleaned following the last guest. The bad had been slept in, the kitchen hadn’t been cleaned, and dirty towels were on the floor. I called the phone number provided in the confirmation email and requested a call back. Three days later I still hadn’t heard anything.

Dear Kevin, I am very sorry for your experience. I was in Paris getting married and did not receive your phone calls. I was checking my Vrbo messages and Did not see any. After doing some research, someone who booked Cabin B accidentally checked into Cabin A. Your cabin should have been cleaned and ready for you. I will issue you a refund of half your booking for this very unfortunate situation and hope that you come back another time. Thank you for your understanding. ~Tara King

Perfect rustic cabin

Directions were easy to follow.
Property very clean and comfortable.
We had no problems with check in or out!

Publié le 29 août 2024 sur HomeAwayOverall the property is great. It can be tricky getting a boat backed down the driveway, but if you know what you’re doing you’ll be fine!

Thank you for your 5 star review. There is boat parking at the top of the hill that we added in Nov. plenty of room for 3 trucks with boats. We added this specifically for our fishermen. If you choose to park near the cabins, we recommend backing in. Thank you and we hope you stay again soon ☺️
