Quickest hotel check in I’ve ever had. Rooms were clean. Didn’t know the air conditioning was ran by a thermostat in the room but we were helped within minutes of calling about the issue.

All workers were very friendly and eager to help make our Stay as comfortable as possible. They even allowed our grandsons who lived locally and our daughter and son-in-law to come swim and bring food in for us for dinner that we ate in the breakfast room. They provided plates and silverware and everything else we needed. We will be back.

Absolutely loved the room and service , the pool was great , the only issue we had was the room didnt cool like we set it ,but overall a wonderful stay 😀

Great location. Convenient access to shopping, restaurants, and fueling stations. Friendly staff, quiet location, pleasant atmosphere. The community is friendly to visitors.

Nice, hotel, terrible handling of money

The next day there was a charge on my debit.
A person at the desk assured me that it would get to the manager to be fixed.
The next day it’s not fixed. I asked another person to fix it. She assures me that it will be fixed.
The next day it is not fixed and there is an additional charge added. At this point I get angry and demand answers.
The manager takes me to his office, is very nice and handles the issue. He gave me 25,000 points for the ($450) inconvenience. I suppose that was fair. I would have preferred not to have to have $450 of my money in IHG’s hands for four days and the aggravation of continually having to work to get it back, than to have gotten a free room
