The rooms are really quiet and nice, we arrived just after the kitchen was closed but was more than happy to make us a sandwich. The food was really nice when we did have breakfast and dinner in the restaurant.

Posted Sep. 29, 2024 on HotelsHotel was great. Staff so friendly, helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately hotels. Com didn’t tell us there is no night porter at this hotel and hotels. Com were aware of this. Luckily I leased directly with hotel to sort which they were so helpful with.

Easy to get to off M5. Comfortable big rooms. Staff very pleasant. Food only average for what is pub grub .

The lady that dealt with me was really friendly. I was late arriving and the kitchen was closed and the lovely lady made me a sandwich from the kitchen.
