Dear Ms. Forbes.
I just now learned of your fall and I am so sorry. If you are talking about the steps to the 2nd floor, we advise everyon that they are original to the historic house and are steep. We provide wide treads, a hand railing and a few lights on the steps. Di you fall from the top or just a few steeps at the bottom. Did your foot catch on the tread as they are not slippery. We do not want such a thing to happen to anyone and so sorry that you had this experience.

Mountaintop Retreat

It was comfortable and had all amenities necessary for a weekend retreat into the Blue Ridge Mountains. The location is amazing--truly blissful, quiet, and serene sunrises and sunsets. Property owner, Zann, was a delight to work with--informative, welcoming, prompt, and kind. We hope to come back again soon. Highly recommended.

Peaceful paradise

Excellent and Relaxing Stay

The house was very clean and afforded everything we needed or wanted! Zann the owner/manager was very helpful and friendly and made us feel very welcome! We would return there for another vacation in a heartbeat!!! Thank you for your hospitality. 😊

Beautiful property close to Shenandoah National Park
Publié le 16 oct. 2021 sur HomeAwayTiny cottage on a beautiful piece of property. There's a small pond with fish, and farmland with deer and other wildlife. The host was very helpful and we were able to check in early. For the price and the close proximity to Shenandoah National Park/Luray Caverns you can't beat it.
