Staff overworked and room very outdated and noisy

This is at best a budget hotel, charging inflated prices. There is nobody in reception when you arrive, so not at all welcoming. It looks like a very forgotten care home, in need of attention. The number of guests in our party had not been taken on board by the hotel staff, and although the issue was eventually sorted, we were made to feel like an inconvenience to them. Our stay was not at all enjoyable and we would not recommend at all.

Great last minute stay
Publié le 16 juill. 2024 sur HotelsWe booked this room for 5 people a few hours before arriving. The room was perfect, the extra bed was already set up. Restaurant closed at 9 and we turned up at 8:51. They could not have been more accommodating, absolutely no bother they said. The food was delicious. Can’t fault this place at all!

Nice family rooms, restaurant and pub downstairs, 5 minutes from beatiful beach and a nature reserve.

Nice hotel, rooms were big and clean. Staff were extremely young and I'm not sure mopping the floor while we were eating in the restaurant gave the right impression. The restaurant was nice, decent food. Bar area was good. The area around the hotel is stunning and curracloe beach is a must.
