Magnifique palais colonial au coeur de Cuzco

Pour : Confort et décoration.
Contre : Ne vois pas.
Emplacement : Quartier central, places, couvents, musée.
magnifique chambre meublée de mobilier ancien, lustres, miroirs, tres confortable. Personnel efficace et accueillant. Petits dejeuners délicieux pris dans un patio fleuri. Situation parfaite dans une rue tranquille à deux pas de la cathédrale.

This is a classy hotel right in the heart of the busy tourist area of Cusco. Highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful hotel, but don’t stay in room 108
Publié le 21 sept. 2024 sur HotelsBeautiful hotel. Very clean!! Excellent staff. Luis one of the servers was amazing!! Very professional and friendly. He certainly made our stay wonderful. I would recommend for more lights in the bathroom and one of those magnifying mirrors. It makes it very hard for us ladies to apply make up with lack of lighting.
My only negative comment would be with my room (# 108) being next to the kitchen area and on the bottom floor. Since it shares a wall with the kitchen, it is very noisy. I was awaken every morning by 5:30 am with the staff preparing breakfast. I could also hear the guests coming in and leaving with their luggage rolling on the tile floor. After my first night of no sleep, I requested to have my room switched and they were not able to accommodate me due to being fully booked. So I was able to sleep an average of 4 hrs each night. They were not very apologetic! So if you stay there and get assigned this room, ask for another one before you go inside or you may be stuck listening to pots, cups and plates!!
