Very nice hotel in the centre of the city

Pour : The common areas, the view from the rooms, and the very helpful staff!
Contre : Nothing! everything was perfect for us!
Emplacement : Between the San Blas plaza and the Plaza de Armas.. perfect to go walking around :)
We were a group of five, and got 2 rooms for 2 nights. We felt welcome for the very first moment we arrived. There offered us mate de coca and then come search for us to explain everything about the hotel. The cards with the explanation of each room was a nice gesture that we fully appreciate.
During our stay they were always willing to help and trying to make our stay better.
The rooms were very nice, as well as the common areas.
The restaurant was top and as helping as the front desk team.

Pour : Staff was excellent!
Contre : I was a little bit sick because of the altitude and the receptionniste offered to give us an oxigen tank but he never arrived :(
Emplacement : Just 5 minutes to the Plaza de Armas... it is located in a beautiful alley, with a little restaurant and a nice view... lovely!
Since our arrival to our depart, we feel very welcome and taken care of.
We were offered an upgrade to a beautiful suite with a view to the city of cusco.. lovely and romantic. The gentlemen at the reception were very helpful at all times and were always offering to help us.
we really enjoyed our time here.. we felt comfortable and relaxed.
Sofia and Aida, at the breakfast room, were extraordinary! making our breakfast the way we wished... thank you very much!

most of the staff were friendly but the transition between rooms between activities and treks was lacking. hopefully they can get this figured out

Dear Mryah, we appreciate that you took the time to leave us a review about our service. Regarding the room change, we regret not having been able to offer you the same room for the entire duration of your stay. This was due to the fact that the reservations were made on different portals, different types of rooms and one for each day.With 100% occupancy, it was not possible to move rooms already confirmed for more than 3 days reconfirmed.On your second check-in, your reservation was as a Twin Suite and my partner tried to give you a Double Suite, which could only be modified for the last night according to our availability.
