Ce fut l'expérience avec le meilleur service que j'ai vécu dans ma vie à travers le monde et je voyage beaucoup dans ce genre d'hôtel. Tout était extraordinaire.

ESPETACULAR! Viajo pelo mundo e só fico nos melhores 5 estrelas e o serviço que recebi do hotel foi espetacular, podendo afirmar com absoluta certeza que é um dos melhores hotéis do mundo, sem falar no charme que é a propriedade. Beautiful hotel as well as the service but we had a problem with the water in the shower. It has changed from hot to cold and we couldn’t do anything.that was annoying

Our stay was amazing particularly thanks to the staff. They went above and beyond at all times. Everyone is super pleasant and welcoming when helping you with any requests. Particularly Freddy and Saul were helpful on our stay but everyone was great. We did a tour booked by the hotel with their suggested local guide (Gustavo) which was fantastic. My only negative would be the restaurant Mauko for dinner wasn’t the best and the breakfast offerings there I feel could be improved.

The experience was so unreal, Edgar, Fredy, Irvin, Jose, Sheyla, Daniel, literally everyone were AMAZING. I have visited a lot of countries and this was by far the best experience was staying here. They are so attentive to EVERYTHING it’s so much. Would give it 10 stars if I could
