Chegamos meia noite e tava tudo fechado, assustou um pouco mas depois de bater na porta nos atenderam (achei estranho um hotel fechar todas as portas literalmente durante a noite mas enfim).
O atendimento no geral foi normal sem muito a elogiar!
O quarto era confortável, cama boa com bons lençóis ótimo para descansar.
Banheiro bom, limpo, itens de higiene e água quente.
Café da manhã muito bom, servido de 4am as 10pm.
Hotel fica localizado em frente a IncaRail e perto da placa de armas (talvez 10min caminhando).

The room was very clean and we liked the variety at the breakfast buffet.

Beds were pretty comfortable, wasn't too loud, shower had amenities. Only thing is the bath mat is not absorbent and there's only 1 hand towel, but little minor things that didnt bug us. We'd stay another night if we didn't have reservations somewhere else already!

Great hotel to stay in Cusco. Close to downtown, safe, clean, great customer service, across the street from Qorikancha, good restaurant.
