The WiFi connection is very slow.
Since most tours from Cusco start early in the morning, it would be helpful if early breakfast or a packed food box could be provided.
There is no elevator available to carry luggage to the rooms.
The toiletries provided do not meet the expected standard.
One of the staff members was not courteous.

I was really glad to talk to you after your review to understand your review.As I explained you, Sueños del Inka is an historic building and for this reason, we cannot have an elevator. It is part of taking care of our heritage to do not make any structural change here.Overall, hope you had a good trip in Peru!

The hotel is really nice, the staff is fantastic. It can be a bit noisy because it surrounded by restaurants. But overall, it is a great experience.

Publié le 30 juill. 2024 sur HotelsO hotel é muito bem localizado, pode-se caminhar para os pontos mais imortantes do centro histórico de Cusco. É um hotel charmoso, com um toque quase familiar. Os funcionários são atenciosos e prestativos. Aliás, também nos indicaram ótimos restaurantes.
O café da manhã é simples, mas com boas opções. O ponto de negativo era o forno que não esquentava o pão. O local do café da manhã é frio, poderiam ligar um aquecedor durante o horário do café.
Quarto espaçoso, bem decorado e limpo.

Hotel , perto do centro , Fácil acesso , bom preço , o quarto 207 ( muito claro ) um vidro acima da porta , a luz acendia e ficava claro ( péssimo ) . Café da manhã razoável ( poderia melhorar )
