Wonderful place
Publié le 20 août 2024 sur HomeAwayDakota Dream is an absolute wonderful place to stay. It is convienetly located close to Custer. The host, is amazing. She goes above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay. The family atmosphere is priceless. The rooms are extremely clean and the bed is so comfy. I highly recommend staying here. You will not regret it.

Quaint and quiet
Publié le 23 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayWarm and relaxing stay with a very comfortable bed. Perfect location away from noise yet close enough to visit very historic places. I’ll stay again when time allows and for a longer duration.

This place IS a dream!!!
Publié le 16 août 2022 sur HomeAwayYou have got to experience this wonderful bed & breakfast! The whole experience was just what we were looking for. The location was perfect for all the exploring we had planned to do.. The afternoon we checked in we unloaded and went to dinner a few blocks away and headed to Mount Rushmore for the illumination program. It was spectacular. The next day we explored Custer State Park and Wind Cave National Park and even Hot Springs. The next day Deadwood and Sturgis, the next day Spearfish and drove out to Devil’s Tower. All of these were easily accessible from Dakota Dream! Mackenzie served breakfast at 8:00am and after a quick visit with her getting recommendations we were off for the day. At night you can sit by the fire pit and stargaze. One of the greatest trips we’ve taken and Dakota Dream was a highlight. Close enough to everything but had a country feel. Next time we will bring the whole family and use her cabins and awesome glamping A frames.

Darling cottage

MacKenzie was so friendly and available to our needs. She also prepared a lovely breakfast for us. The cottage was conveniently located to downtown. We highly recommend this place for your stay in Custer!

Very easy to get to. Near Custer State Park👍
Safe, clean, beautiful room , very new and comfortable. Mackenzie was a great hostess and we loved every moment.
