Rooms were very dirty especially the bathroom they were filthy. The receptionist Ashley took it upon herself to come clean the bathroom scrubbing the tub etc. She also helped me to remake my bed and change the sheets. She was an Angel 😘

The checkin gentleman was very nice, pleasant and professional. He had good customer service during check in and check out However, the room had an odor- towels were dirty had not been change just flipped over to opposite side- top bedding was dirty and smell look like someone had recently been in/staying in room before I checked in- a roach was crawling on top of refrigerator and all amenities- tv clock phone were unplugged—

The pool wasn’t clean so I couldn’t relax there and the bathroom in my room wasn’t clean I went and bought supplies and cleaned it myself

Absolutely Horrible!! The worst !! The front desk did not answer the phone for 5 hours!! We had to yell at the front desk for someone to check us in!! The room was infested with roaches when we first walked in!! The room smelled HORRIBLE with stains everywhere! The towels were dirty and yellow!! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! Very disappointing for a National chain!!

Room was not ready when I checked in at 5pm . Gave me a room but wanted to charge me more money. She made an offer to pay the extra fee but I told not to do that and give me whatever was available. This morning no hot water for showing.
