Publié le 3 janv. 2019 sur HotelsWe chose a double room so can only comment on these, we arrived after a very long journey to find a dirty room that looked as if someone had just gotten out of the bed. The hostel staff came and cleaned the room again but it wasn't much better and despite the very chilly temperature there we had only a single duvet between us. To top it off we were woken at 5.30am by the dorm room below playing loud music and shouting at each other. Happy Holidays!!!

Hi,
Thanks for coming at our hostel. In your case, we already explained clearly and refunded the money for you. We are unexpected this too. Firstly, We came, checked and cleaned the room for you immediately at midnight when you complain about the room. Our cleaner forgot locked the room after cleaning that why someone came and used the bathroom. Secondly, you booked the single double bed that why it just have 1 duvet, you can ask at the reception if you need 1 more duvet. Thirdly, it is very hard for us to control the making noise of others guests, it related to awareness of people although we already told them keep quiet before.
