A lovely homestay with friendly owners in a very good location. I spent 2 nights here in standard room. The room was clean enough and big. Just 5-10 mins walk to Old town and night market and other tourist places but in a quiet area. The family was very helpful and welcoming. Grab car from here back to DAD was VND 330,000 but they could book me with much lower price. They have the breakfast and also a bike and motorbike for rent. I highly recommend this place for a family or single travelles who want to stay in a quiet place at a budget price
Two single males so opted for two single beds and end edd up with two queen beds in very large room. Staff were very friendly and nothig was a problem. When i return to Hoi An i would stay again.
1st staying in a homestay... very enjoyable, more like a small boutique hotel. The room was spacious, very comfortable bed, very good AC and excellent wifi. The best thing about the stay is the family that runs it, absolutely top class, so friendly and really helpful, will organise tours, trips and taxis for you but without the big sales push. Lastly, it is set back from the main street and is nice and quiet.
It took about 10mins walk to get to the old town but still an enjoyable walk, decent local coffee and food nearby, a small minimart about 50m away,
Staff friendly and outgoing and made the stay enjoyable.

breakfast not very good and with small portion. But the owner very friendly and helpful. One bad thing is they dont offer free bicycle while others homestay they do provide free bicycle to people. one bicycle they charged 20.000VND per day. Room is spacious and cozy.
The staff were extremely nice, we arrived well before the check in time and they pretty much put us in straight away. very very helpful with everything and great comfort, wifi was very good and great big room and some good english channels on tv. was a great stay, quite cheap and would highly recommend to anyone! thank you
Free bikes to beach 10 min. Close to everything (Old Town, shopping, food).
Family running it is awesome. Great breakfast. Transfer to airport at 6 am ? No problem! Very inexpensive and luxurious SUV. Quiet side street. Feels very safe. Absolutely loved it and going back.
Very good will recommend to all I see heading you're way

Okay stay
It's a cute place that feels more like a guest house versus a traditional hotel. Hence the "home stay". Our room was spacious. You have to take off your shoes before entering the house. You have to wear house slippers, which they provide one pair for you in the room. This doesn't help since there was 3 of us. So I just wore my socks, which got really dirty on the first day we arrived. Unsure how often they sweep the floors?
They have a garden area with lots of plants. It's nice but I think its a haven for bugs. I got bit like crazy here by mosquitos. I only sprayed OFF bug spray on my lower legs since I wore pants to sleep. I didn't know they can penetrate through pants so the mosquitos had a feast on me on my upper legs. Unsure I can blame this on the hotel since my mom and bro didn't get bit. It's my own problem with having blood that draws bugs to me. :(
The staff is very friendly and helpful on booking tours. Very informative and nice people.
The location is perfect since it is within walking distance to the market, and there are tons of amazing food by our hotel.
The place is nice but it's very humid indoors. Don't know if it's like that in Hoi An in general or its the hotel?
Overall, it was an okay stay and served its purpose. Great price
Myself and 2 friends stayed at this wonderful place for 3 nights and enjoyed our time here immensely. The family are lovely, welcoming, friendly people and are happy to help in any way they can to make your stay unforgettable. We had an extra day in Hoi An because of catching a late train and even though we were technically checked out, the daughter in law (who is just the sweetest person!) let us shower, recharge and chill out in the lobby with her :) we greatly appreciated that after a hot day out in the town!
Aside from the family, the rooms were beautiful, clean and spacious. You can rent bicycles and motorbikes which made our stay so incredibly varied, from visiting the town to the surrounding villages and even My Son! Breakfast was delicious and the location is brilliant..10 minutes to the centre of town walking.
Thank you so much for a lovely time in Hoi An :)
We stayed here for 10 days and this hotel really felt like home. The rooms are big with high ceilings, comfortable bed, good shower, air conditioned worked great, WiFi non stop, 0 problems and good speed. Not far at all from the old city. Plenty of local restaurants and shops. The people running the hotel are really nice, polite and helpful. After staying at several low cost hotels in southeast Asia I can assure you that this place is of a very high standard. I highly recommend it.
Nice hotel and within walking distance to the old town area (8-10 minute walk). They have free bikes so you could ride to the beach in about 25 minutes. Places to eat are near the hotel and it's clean
Really close to town 10 mins walking or even quicker on the bike- quiet road so very peaceful. Bikes available at 20,000 per day and a good breakfast also available at 40,000 per day. Very reasonable- spacious rooms with good aircon and the staff are lovely. Would stay here again. Thanks for everything!

Good budget hotel, not far from the old town
A great simple budget hotel - clean, tidy, with everything you would expect and a comfy bed compared to a lot of budget Vietnam hotels. The staff were friendly and helped us with directions and arranged a cheap car to the airport for us.
It is about a 10 min walk from the old town area and they also have free bicycles for you to use :)
The only major downfall was the heat - the air con in our particular room was not sufficient in cooling the room down :(
I stayed 3 nights and thought the room was better than the average Vietnam hotel. The room itself was basic, but had everything you'd need i.e. desk, chair, fridge. The bathroom is great having been done to a modern standard. The air con and WiFi worked great too. So all great value for money
Only downside of the room were about dozen ants in my room one night, but that Asia for you. Location wise, Hoi An Old Town is about 10 minutes walk. Local eateries are plenty close by. More upscale dining is either in the old town or 20 minutes walk away.
This is more of a guest house than a homestay, unless you're invited to the family gathering at the weekend. The family who run the place are super nice, speak decent level of English and are happy to talk to the guests.
Great little hotel, just 10 minutes walk from the old town. They provide free bicycles and the staff is very friendly. The room was clean and spacious, with a very nice and big shower.
It's a guesthouse with a very homey feel. It's down a very quiet side street, but close enough to walk to the old city, and to cycle to the beach. They lend you cycles. Some of the staff speak very good English and can help explain things well. The rooms are open and airy, with lovely windows, and are very clean. The room rates are very reasonable. I really recommend this guesthouse.
Brilliant little place very friendly staff and very clean. Only a 5-10 minute walk to the old town, great location yet still quiet. Bike hire was included and they showed up how to get to the beach. About 30 minutes away but a very easy cycle. I would hit recommend the Areca Homestay!
This was one of our favorite places to stay on our entire 2 month trip to SE Asia. The staff were very nice, friendly, informative, and spoke English well. We loved the free bike rentals to get around Hoi An! The room was large for our family. Great place for the money.
