Our Favourite Hotel Villa Ever
Posted Mar. 23, 2024 on HotelsWe booked the 2 bedroom garden villa. While it was the smallest on offer, it has well surpassed all our expectations.
The service, serenity and facilities were all top notch. The service staff remembered all our names and trips which weren't organised through the hotel! The restaurants, pools and beach felt all so private. We thoroughly enjoyed the service at the spa - and as an added bonus - the jacuzzi and steam bath are complimentary. Room service was the fastest I have experienced too!
My son loved it so much, he calls it his favourite place ever and wishes our home was just like this.

Very friendly and professional staff. The food is of very good quality. The room condition is abit old and show signs of wear down.

Amazing Resort and Staff
Posted Dec. 19, 2023 on HotelsThis resort is the absolute BEST!! The villa, amenities, etc. are world class but the best part of all is the staff. They are beyond amazing. I have too many stories that I don’t have enough room to tell here about how the staff went above and beyond in all situations. Alex and Chris especially were just incredible. Could not believe how much they showed that everyone truly cared about our stay and making it special. The beach was so beautiful and perfect. We traveled with four kids under the age of 10 and they all had the best time. We will be going back for sure. Thank you for the best stay!!

Old, outdated 3 star resort at most
Posted Oct. 28, 2023 on HotelsWe just came back from the worst family holiday ever. We had to cut short our trip by a day as my older son had food poisoning after eating their welcome fruit plate. Whilst the staff were empathetic it completely ruined the entire holiday as we couldn’t do anything. The kids club is so so basic that my kids weren’t even interested to go in. The restaurant is so outdated and the menu is so bizarre. Nothing like a beach resort at all. Villa was huge but you can’t use the kitchen and all drawers are empty. No towels when you need them. This is definitely NOT a Marriott standard hotel. It’s 3 stars at most. Flooring tiles are loose, stained furniture and just everything has a very old, outdated feel to it. The telephone was broken and took ages for them to fix. The worst is their kids menu. The staff is unable to create somerting simple to provide to kids. English level of staff is awful. We went to the Hyatt regency for dinner and it was so much better. Just the whole atmosphere was more modern and price wise, aroind the same. Do not make the mistake and fall for the trap that this is a Marriott beach resort. It isn’t!!
