덕분에 즐거운 가족여행이 되었어요!!!

E11 빌라에 제니와 안나가 담당이었는데, 빌라 도착하기 전부터 카카오톡으로 연락와서 편안하게 소통했어요. 빌라들이 다 개별이라 수건 달라고 하는것도 안나에게 카톡으로 이야기하면 가져다 주더라구요. 그리고 여행용 차량 렌트를 함께 진행했는데, 일자와 일정을 이야기 해주면 더 나은 방향으로 안내해줬어요. 안나와 제니가 추천해준 렌트카로 3박 내내 동일한 기사님(Tuyen)과 여행했는데 너무 친절했어요! 그랩과는 다르게 우리 일정 동안에 주변에서 기다리셔서 카톡만 보내면 빠른 시간에 와서 픽업해주셨어요! 안나와 제니도 언제나 불편한건 없는지 물어보고, 챙겨줘서 너무 고마웠어요! 베트남에 대해 좋은 기억이 되었어요! 그리고 시설도 에어컨도 시원하고 물도 잘 나오고 잘 빠지고, 개인풀은 언제든 놀아도 되고, 레스토랑 풀에서 놀다가 그 옆 해안에서 물놀이도 하고! 정말 즐거운 여행이었어요!!

도심과는 그랩을이용15분 정도의 숙소였지만 조용하고 리조트가 깨끗했으며 매일 4개의 물과 청소를해주었다. 에어컨시설도 좋고 집도 엄청넓어 셋이지내기에 부족함이 없었다. 잔디가 많아 강아지와 산책하기 좋았고 유모차에 태워 수영장 옆에두고 수영하기도 좋았다 우리 강아지에게 매우 좋은환경이였다

직원분들께서 친절하게 응대해주시고, 필요한 것이 있을때마다 바로 바로 친절하게 대응 해주셔서 너무 좋았습니다. 숙소에 붙어있는 수영장도 커서, 아이들과 즐기기에 부족함이 없었어요~ 3가족이 함께한 여행이었는데, 너무 잘 쉬다가 왔습니다. ^^

The villa situated in a well secured community about 15 min from Hoi An. The rooms were spacious with large beds, bathrooms and access to a private pool as pictured on the website. The living and dining room were huge. Landscape was very well maintained. We worked with a young woman named Tram. Tram wad very accommodative and professional. She was thorough with policy and fees explanation and was quick at turning around our concerns and requests. We had a situation with the patio door and it was quickly addressed.
The highlight of the stay was access to the beautiful Non Nước beach with miles of fine white sand and a nice pool by the Nếp restaurant. The place also offer moped rental for a small fee. We highly suggested one rents this to get around as the villa is a bit far away from central Danang.

It was a trip for a family of three with a dog.
It was spacious, comfortable, and accessible to the beach was very good.
The hospitality of the server Vince was very good.
It is perfect for a family trip with a dog.
I'm willing to revisit.

그냥 하나 수영장이 저녁에 조명이 없는거.
여튼 숙소자체는 매우 만족합니다.

3박4일 즐거운 가족여행

Amazing. I can order food, spa service in whatsapp. Jenny, Anna and Tony are super repsonsive, helpful and nice.
