Pour : Villa avec piscine
Contre : son entretien l'hotel commence a vieillir
Emplacement : pas trop loin des commodites
Belle villa avec piscine cuisine satisfaisante. Joli parc . Plage devrait etre mieux amenagee

Séjour en famille en villa avec piscine
Publié le 7 août 2017 sur HotelsVilla avec piscine très agréable. Plage privée tranquille. Petit-déjeuner copieux. Jardin de l'hôtel luxuriant. Plein d'activités possibles (tennis, badmington, billard, ping-pong...).
Seul petit bémol l'anglais pour l'encadrement de l'hôtel et la literie qui pourrait être un peu meilleure.

hotel avec au bout de parc arboré une belle plage

Pour : le site, le parc, la mer
Contre : management plus présent, l hotel n a pas le niveau d un 4etoiles (mais le prix oui!)
Emplacement : ville d Hoi an agreable
hotel qui se laisse aller, certes le site est superbe, mais il vieillit mal. pas toujours des serviettes a la piscine, des canettes vides qui trainent, petit dejeuner copieux mais mal organisé, cela cafouille un peu....

Contre : entretien mais les petites pannes sont tout de suite réparées
Emplacement : Plage, farniente et la magie de Hoi An et de ses lumières le soir
Deuxième séjour au Belhamy, parc magnifique, belle plage propre, liaison facile avec Hoi An centre, grand confort des villas

Arrived to a deserted reception desk. After a brief walk around the overgrown gardens it was evident that there was no-one about. Finally found a groundskeeper who was surprised we had a booking. Apparently restaurant and pool bar have not been operational since covid. We high-tailed out of there quick smart. Thankfully we found great accommodation with vacancy near by. I can't believe they still advertise on the various hotel booking platforms.

리조트는 잘 지어놓고 운영을 엉망으로 함.
이미 예약해놓고 방문 했는데 그 어떤 것도 준비해놓지 않았고 체크인 할 때 내가 예약한 방이 아닌 다른 룸타입으로 방을 주고 침구엔 모래, 얼룩으로 매우 지져분했으며 에어컨은 시원한 바람이 잘 나오지 않았음.
영어할 줄 아는 직원도 많이 없고 직원들 유니폼도 없고 이제 막 자다가 나온 느낌의 머리모양, 서비스 교육이 안 되어 있는 느낌.
제일 불편했던 건 밤 10시 이후 물이 잘 안 나옴...
샤워기도 고장이 나 있었고, 이런 문제를 해결해줄 직원이 아무도 없어서 그 날 밤은 못 씻고 잤습니다.
