We arrived and the host was not present. The staff did not speak a word of English had to use Google translate which was very challenging; we booked a 1 bed they put us in a 2 bdrm and made us move the next day as we were leaving for our outing. Communication was terrible practically abysmal. AC was not functioning properly it was very cold and could not adjust temperature, windows did not close properly, the 1bdrm (Rm303) bathroom had no shower curtain or door so when you’re showering the entire bathroom floor is wet! There was condensation in our (outside) bedroom door. Our friends stayed in the room next to us and there was mold on the wall. The host/owner really need to fix/clean it up before renting the rooms in that type of condition.

Clean, well located property, I stayed for 2 nights, 1 night there was a woman in charge, I asked her for breakfast and laundry services and told me that the services need to be requested the day before so I was starving and with all my clothes dirty. The second night there was a flood due to bad weather and there was anybody at the hotel, I was the only person at the hotel, I had to find out a way to leave the property walking barefoot through the river. Common sense tells me that if there is an emergency in town the most important people must be your guests if you own a hotel. The manager asked me to be in charge of closing the doors or turning the lights off during the first day. Not the best experience!

We are not satisfied with your reviewYou said you stayed at the hotel alone? that's not right. Our hotel still has guests on the 3rd and 1st floors, you have met them, and they still hang out normally. If they need anything, they will discuss and we will provide immediate support.I asked you to help us turn off the electricity because we have work on the 1st and I thought you were okay with that? On the second day, we met with you and explained to you about the flooding situation in Hoi An as well as the clogged drains in the area. That any visitor coming here this season will happily accept and consider it an experience.The weather in Hoi An this season is the rainy season and we can't do anything else, those are the experiences when you go this season, but why do you say such nonsense?We met and stayed at the villa on the second day when you went out, then at 10pm we closed the front gate and asked you to turn off the lights when you came back after us.We are really disappointed with your incorrect review.
