Publié le 6 déc. 2015 sur Hotelswe had requested a deluxe room seen on the more expensive pool so we had the room then in the ca bathroom smelled like sewage, so we called the front desk which sends us someone to check the room, so they come to check the bathroom, deodorizes the bathroom and that all is in the order but that is not the problem solutions, so call the front desk saying that he can not do anything for that, we are not finished work controller, we ask another room, the receptionist trying another room, puts us in a cheaper room ... but the price paid is wrong with the room so we asked for a room change, the receptionist is the end of service, us that there is more room available as it remains bedroom has twin bed, so we still insist to get the room ... She seeks pay as magic it finds a double room, but the room didnt given the view of the pool so it costs less! The receptionist s well was over, we offer not even a refund of the price difference ($ 10) !!!
So we had requested an appointment with the manager who was who understood the problem, but to protect it tells us that the higher deluxe room seen on the pool and the upper deluxe room seen on the garden being the same price, but when I showed him the black on white price she did not know what to say ... All these tell us that it is the same price She offered a price reduction on the restaurant or the store .. . But do not want to repay the money too

Contre : mettre en place un service de do not disturb car on n'entend pas frapper quand on est dans la piscine à l'extérieur de la chambre ....
les chambres avec leur piscine privée sont parfaites pour les couples qui veulent de l'intimité.
