Un Novotel haut de gamme

Très bien. C'est un Novotel assez neuf et donc haut de gamme, assez luxueux pour le prix. Le personnel est extra.

we were not advised about the pool closure during booking. at time time of check in on 16.09.2024, we were advised that the pool will be closed for one day. later the pool has been closed off until 03.10.3024. the hotel provided a shuttle service to danang resort which is 30 mins away and it was not at all convenient. we were unable to access the pool or take the shuttle bus to use the pool during our stay there. there was no notification from management about the closure. we found out when we took our little one to swimming in the evening. We booked ourselves for breakfast buffet for 17.09.2024. we were asked for payment at the buffet entrance. we asked if it could be added to room as we were staying there for 9 nights but were denied and asked to clear the payment on the spot. didn’t quite feel like the 5 star service you would expect. The location is ok if you are there on business, but there are great resorts around my khe beach for holidaying tourists. The room service and staff were great though.
