Staff was very nice but unfortunately we were pretty let down by the state of the property. Photos are definitely outdated/misleading -- the outdoor area was pretty nice but the room left a lot to be desired. Definitely needs a deep clean particularly the bathroom and AC units. Lots of mold in the shower (curtain was gross tbh) and in the vents - smelled like mildew and we eventually had to turn off the AC in the main bedroom bc it was giving us breathing issues. Beds/linens were fine, and we were out and about most of the day so it was tolerable but we definitely wouldn't stay here again. It was very cheap so I guess in a sense you get what you pay for? It could've been worse, but also could've been a lot better especially based on the photos.

Quaint and Comfortable!
Posted Dec. 31, 2019 on HotelsComfortable stay outside of Old town Hoi An. My family and I enjoyed the breakfast and the facility. It is a little bit further out from the main areas but they offer free bikes for guests. Great service and friendly staff. It’s a great place for families with kids because it’s small. Rooms are decent sized with everything you need.

Place is ok, a little far from the old town, it would take 15-20 minutes walk. We took the grab/taxi going there because it was too hot to walk. You need to take off your shoes before going in to the lobby which I find a little uncomfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Overall it was fine but I would prefer staying in a place nearer the old town next time.
