Très joli hôtel, sur une petite île sur le fleuve
Publié le 19 août 2019 sur HotelsTrès belle chambre. Notre réservation mentionnait "river view" mais la vue n'était que partielle. En revanche, la vue est splendide depuis le restaurant. Personnel adorable, mais sa compréhension de l'anglais est très médiocre, donc la communication est limitée. Massages (pieds) professionnels. Bon restaurant, pour dîner. Le buffet est servi dans une pièce non climatisée, ce qui devrait être revu, car certains mets/produits souffrent de la chaleur.

Publié le 23 mars 2016 sur HotelsExcellent accueil dans cet hôtel qui offre de nombreux services inclus dans la reservation: accès au spa japonais, navette gratuite vers hoi an, pho offert pour le dîner. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, propice au repos et à la détente. Le spa japonais est vraiment super, dommage que l'on ne puisse pas y aller avec son conjoint. L'hôtel est un peu a l'écart du centre mais le personnel est d'une grande aide pour fournir taxi, scooter, etc. Hotel vivement recommandé!

Quiet oasis in Da Nang

Great staff, especially reception and restaurant employees Thuong and Tra My who were especially helpful and who went out of their way to accomodate guest needs.

Central Vietnam escape…
Publié le 3 juin 2024 sur HotelsThe Blossom Resort is a little bit of Paradise in the heart of a hot city. On a connected island looking out over the Han river and big wheel. With this landmark you always know where your Da Nang home is if travelling or walking back. They failed to pick us up from the airport but we’re very apologetic and offered a compensation voucher. It is very near the airport (100k dong in a taxi) but you never hear the planes. It is a small resort so always feels calm. Staff are friendly and helpful, the restaurant is by the river, food is great and they provided us with picnic bags when we had an early trip out. There is a spa and an onsen. Comfortable, clean, spacious villa with mosquito nets, a deep tub and private sauna. Gym is small and the pool is adequate with lovely big beds to relax on out of the sun. On the same island it is easy walking distance to a nice restaurant and few coffee bars. You can also walk along the river up to the Dragon bridge for the weekend Fire and Water shows. We would stay here again.

The Blossom Resort did NOT disappoint me again. The place is great, a little bit more busy but the staff managed well, I didn't have to wait for anything. Tar My at breakfast,first day still remembered my name, great staff.

The overall experience is great. I like so much of the setting and the hospitality of their staff. The onsen is a plus and the feeling is the same as Japan.

This is a great property for the price.
Nice Infinity pool .
Loved the room and the Shangri-La spa.
The Onsen treatment was so relaxing and
therapeutic.
Only issue was with the restaurant food off the menu .
Not good. Buffet in the morning was excellent.
