the Nemos Dive Resort was fantastic, the staff and managment went out of their way to ensure every need was met. The food at the restaurant was out of this world. My room was excellent and extremely clean and very modern, at night the management had theme nights at the bar and made sure everyone staying there joined in and had fun. The best holiday I have ever had. look forward to a return holiday as Nemo's Dive resort is unbailable. LOVED IT.

Med namnbytet från sharks tale till Nemo var det få som visste var "hotellet" låg, men väl på plats så hittar man snabbt fram och runt omkring. Om man tar i beaktning att det är delvis en dykskola så är det inget att klaga över iom vad det kostar. Ren pool, mysig restaurang / bar och super trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Rekommenderas!

Disapointing service at Nemo's Dive resort

Really disapointing service quality at the dive resort. Probably the most unfriendliest and unwelcoming staff I have ever experienced in the Philippines eventhough having more than 100+ Hotel stays in the country. Wifi didn't work for the entire period. Eventhough breakfast aparently included in room accomdation but it turned out it only includes the basic philippino breakfast and any eggs. toast or other breakfast needs to be paid extra.... After insisting multiple times, at least they waived the additional breakfast costs due to the fact that the internet didn't work... Also the Dive resort is about 5 min walk from the beach and not food provided for lunch/dinner as aparently the cook left recently... Dive shop which is attached to the Hotel is not very recommendable... it seemed quite run down and even a rum bottle was laying around in the dive shop... Overall I wouldn't recommend this Hotel.

Hello I am very sorry you did not did enjoy your stay. Unfortunately I did not get to meet you as I was in Cebu trying to fix the internet. As soon as it went down I took the 6 hours bus/van trip down to globe (Telecom provider) and stood inline for a total of 18 hours over 3 days to beg them to fix it. You will be happy to know that it is back up and running now. When I got back you had left. With Unfortunately we use local staff sons and daughters of the local fishermen (it's there island). They are not that accustomed to foreigners, but they great people and very friendly if you are friendly to them (the whole of the island is like that). In your case from what I was told when you got back. Was they were scared of you and did not want to go near you. Sorry about that but they are quite timid. With the breakfast it is a standard Philipino breakfast. Rice or toast, 2 eggs and ham. If you wish to up grade to a full American style we take the price of the Philipino breakfast off to bill. I thought that was pretty fair. Not sure why the chief was not on for lunch but I will find out. As for the dive center it is it's own business so I can't comment of the rum bottle. Foot note the resort is 120 meters from the beach I supposed if you walked extremely slowly you could take 5mins. Happy travels and be safe.
