Budget option on the east coast
It is a basic and reasonably priced hotel compared to nearby resort options. It is stated as 3.5 stars but I would have guessed 2.5. Check-in process was slow as they could not find the reservation. Receptionists are not rude but lacked any sense of customer service. Room is large with furnitures that feels a bit old and worn. Bed was large and had nice and fresh bedlinen. If your room is towards the street you will need earplugs.
My suggestion for improvement includes looking the customer in the eyes and greet them as they approach the desk. It is a free and goes a long way to start a mutually friendly conversation. If there is any investment available to the property, consider sound proofing the windows towards the street. In the meantime, consider adding earplugs among the amenities.
