Never been humiliated in a hotel before. I’ve been to so many 5 stars hotel but have no choice in Dagupan because the hotel is the only decent place my daughter and I can get for a couple of days. They should have been more organized staff and make sure that everything in the room is always the way is supposed to be. First and last time I would stay in this place. I would never recommend this place to anyone at all.

We apologize that your stay with us was not up to your expectations.We want to assure you that we have a protocol in place to ensure that our housekeeping staff cleans the rooms thoroughly. Our housekeeping supervisor conducts a final inspection of the room amenities and setup before handing over the room to our guests. During this inspection, the supervisor takes videos of the room amenities and setup to ensure that everything is complete and in good condition.Upon checkout, there was a missing 1 towel in one of their rooms thats why we had to charge it to them.In addition, we require our guests to fill out a registration form upon check-in that includes terms and conditions. These states that any damaged and lost items will be charged accordingly.Thank you for choosing to stay with us and we apologize for the inconvenience.
