You won't get what you booked for
Publié le 29 nov. 2020 sur HotelsWorst experience ever. I booked a double room with breakfast for TWO. When I checked in, the receptionist insisted that my booking is without breakfast. I approached the front desk manager and I showed him my confirmation e-mail which proves that my booking is for a double room with breakfast for TWO. He still insisted to give me the room without breakfast. I approached Hotels.com and they assured me that my booking is confirmed with breakfast for TWO. However the hotel front desk still did not agree to provide us with the breakfast.
There is obvious lack of professionalism and ignorance about the basics of the tourism industry and hospitality.

Awesome hotel reef
Publié le 14 août 2020 sur HotelsExcellent pools. Excellent landscaping. Wonderful reef belonging to the hotel beach for an amazing snorkeling experience. Shuttle bus to Dahab promenade. Walking distance to the famous Three pools snorkeling site. Need to improve on the breakfast and the road leading to the hotel entrance.

Emplacement : 3 pools and caves are very close.

Very calm and well maintained
Publié le 27 déc. 2017 sur ExpediaThe hotel is situated right next to the mountains; the beach view is amazing. The hotel has a great landscaping with a variety of plants that are in a very good shape.
The food quality is very good but the breakfast buffet is a bit boring after the first two days!
