Le personnel...ce que je considère le plus important est irréprochable.Reponde à toutes nos demandes et très serviable. La nourritures est excellente et variée. Site propre et bien entretenu. Très bon choix et excellent qualité prix. Bien situé,belle plage, et propice à la baignade. Séjour mémorable.

service impeccable et haut niveau d'entretien

esprit jovial que ce soit au niveau du service restaurant ou plage. Très bonne équipe loisir. Une fois de plus l'entretien de l'hôtel est excellent, ceci malgré la crise actuelle.

This is the review that is everyone is looking for! I don’t know where to start from but I will try my best. To begin with among arriving to the airport we were offered a ride from airport to the hotel for a a fair price for 2. Contact the hotel and they will respond fast! We were greeted once we arrived by staff, I can’t describe how friendly and helpful they were! KARLOS explained everything and gave us our all inclusive bracelet! (Pretty much free everything) We received a free room upgrade since we booked through Expedia. The room was very cozy, very clean and well organized! I don’t understand how this isn’t a 5 star hotel! Breakfast, lunch and dinner were amazing! Very diverse dishes, you can find pizza and you can find Mllokheya! We asked for a romantic dinner on the beach, and Mr. Adel went above and beyond. It was 4 times better than what I expected! The food was fresh, clean and portion size was enough for 4 people! And let me tell you about the three bars they have, all three baristas were professional! But Beshoy was an artist! Magd was good but he was there for only one day from my stay. Every single drink they made was fire! They made it with love! From lattes to cocktails to espresso shots…and the list goes on 🔥 They have and entertainment program led by Moe for daily activities on the hotel ground! Which I never seen anywhere else! So you will never get bored!

Really nice hotel but low wifi coverage

Very nice hotel and room, clean and close to European standards. Only problem there is no wifi in the room.
