Excelente acomodação, destaque para Tarek que foi extremamente atencioso e nos ajudou muito durante nossa estadia tornando a experiência em Dahab ainda melhor. Altamente recomendável.

rooms are so dirty , insects everywhere the employees are not friendly ,we had to pay for the room service 60LE per day , food were rotten , black banana , egg is rotten , water every where comes from the bathroom and never been fixed till the chckout we paid the price of three adults but we got just two beds only manager is so rude

Thank you. Here are the main points in our response: -We did not have any guests from Canada for the last 3 months. Could anyone from Canada prove to us by a photo, a receipt, etc that he was a guest. We had only someone living in Canada who paid for his sister to spend time at our sma;; hotel. - Madam..When you were leaving, you threatened to write a bad review if we do not pay YOU a refund – not to your brother in Canada who paid your expenses – or else you will write a bad review. We, as a small hotel, cannot accept blackmail and will defend our reputation legally. You did every possible thing to convince us to pay YOU back. When we refused, you started threatening us with “a flow of bad reviews). - You complained of skin rash, we immediately summoned a doctor who told you that its allergy from sea water. The doctor will testify in court and his written report has been forwarded to Expedia. - We do not, and did not, charge you 60 pounds a day for cleaning. Please, provide a receipt for such an imaginary service. - It is not allowed, in our hotel, to take double amounts of food in breakfast in order to store it for a later meal. At least you could have stored the food in the refrigerator, not under the bed! - Unfortunately madam, we do not offer VACATION FOR FREE and we are not afraid from one bad review as hundreds of respected guests were decent enough to be honest in writing about their experience in our premises. It is not only that you wanted a vacation for free, it is also you wanted to be paid, despite the fact that you personally paid nothing. Thank you again.
