Insects were found in the bathroom and the manager explained it was because he has put a pesticide, so it was normal. All this in top of paying the bill for hydro used in the room (information provided after the room is rented and this is non refundable. The area is so unsafe, people stay inside after sunset by fear of being assaulted. Simply put, the offer is a scam.
