A good business spot, safe and clean. Entertainment is nice. Need to ventilate more and better in depth room cleaning.

Cleanliness was subjective - the hallways and public spaces were clean but the room floor had a recent stains that could easily have been cleaned & daily bathroom cleaning was low standard

Thoroughness of cleaning in the rooms was not great. There were stains on the floor that looked decent enough to have been removed and a constant unpleasant smell in the room. Whilst the public areas smelled fresh the room had a staleness.

The hotel is in a safe compound downtown on Le Plateau. The rooms are pretty standard but functional. Mine smelled noticeably like cigarette smoke despite the nonsmoking signs everywhere. I found the front desk staff to be pretty rude, refusing to help me call a taxi for the airport outright and ignoring my second question completely about leaving 30 minutes late. Ousman in particular was especially dismissive.
