You asked my cleaning/maintenance staff tor an early check in and then sent them two reminders day of, which she did for you. Since we have always extremely positive reviews on cleanliness, may have been a rush to get to in early!

army family visit
Publié le 12 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayClean - even though my husband suffers from allergies to fur, and we usually look for a "no pets" policy, he did not have a problem here. The leather sofa and tile floors helped a lot.
Bed was clean and comfortable. Minimal shampoo, but enough for overnight. Simply a quiet family neighborhood, just right for having our army son stop by.
Roku TV - we had to learn it, but we did and it worked!
Coffee pods were a little low, but the tea selection was great. Minutes from the Daleville gate.

2nd time renter
Publié le 8 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is the second time we have stayed at the property! I am glad the property is veteran owned and pets are allowed! The house has always been clean with plenty of dishes and cookware for use. The only thing I would recommend is installing a microwave. We went out to eat with family and had no way the reheat leftovers from dinner unless we used the oven or stovetop. Overall, a wonderful stay and plan to use again!! Highly recommend this property!!

Sorry about the microwave. Previous guests heated food wrapped in aluminum foil. It’s been replaced. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Quiet, comfy home
Publié le 7 août 2023 sur HomeAwayFrom reservation to check out, everything was super easy! Dina sent us the door code a week before our arrival. Upon entering, the home looked and smelled very clean! Dishes and linens provided were all clean and in great shape. Easy instructions/rules to follow and are clear and concise, no possibilities for miscommunication or misunderstanding. Overall, we had a wonderful stay for our daughter’s Nursing School graduation and we would definitely return and recommend to other friends and family who may visit the area.
Only thing to mention is, we had an issue with the main bathroom door. It does not latch shut and you must put some effort into getting it to do so several times before it will latch closed. Was not a big deal since we were all adults and made it work.
Again, overall, great place to stay!
