We were not asked before being given a handicapped accessible room which placed us close to the office, the kitchen and the laundry -- an area that became noisy at around 6 am. We stay at this property about twice a year a d it is usually better.

The sheets were stained(not washed), and there was hair in the bed in between the sheets. I killed 2 flies and a spider in my bed. There was a loud clicking noise in the bathroom all night. The room had a terrible odor. Not a good experience.
