Excellent lawns, restaurant. Terrible maintenance.

Emplacement : Great views. Little Switzerland.
Looks like they never did any room maintennace since the british left! Almost fell into toilet due to detatched seat cover. Door bolts broken. Never got a wifi or 3G signal in the room. Smelled of phenyl. Had
Lawns were a highlight. Restaurant food and staff were also great. Other lower level staff was quite reasonable.
Management is far below par.

Pour : Pros:
1. View was good
2. Rooms were spacious
3. Food quality and taste is good
4. Play area is good
Contre : Cons:
1. Very cold - no AC
2. No WIFI - not working
3. TV reception is very poor
4. Reception has no idea about laundry charges
Emplacement : Location is convenient - close to bus stand and taxi stand. Places to visit : Dainkund, Khajjiar, Gandhi Chowk and Chamera dam
Stay in the hotel was good due to spacious rooms, nice view and good food. But overall cleanliness and facilities were mediocre. Location of the hotel is good.

Lower category rooms were newly built or renovated, we paid for the higher category though the rooms were big but were old little light bathrooms in shabby condition no network in rooms not even the hotel's own wi-fi but had a good restaurant, space, view. And you don't have much options as this is one of the two good properties in Dalhousie.

Publié le 1 juill. 2014 sur ExpediaHotel was good ,but less cooporative ,when I reached the hotel on my booking date firstly they refuse to give me room because of heavy rush in Dalhousie ,they tried to shift me at some other hotel,because of some bucks which they can get by overcharging of room to other people
